you must be the master of the technology doesn't matter which one you are using , so be the champion whatever you are learning , you can go for both , Asp.net MVC you will get lot of institution and online videos to learn so you can start .

To be very frank, don't inquire about the training institute... anywhere look for the trainer having good real time technical knowledge.. bookish knowledge will not help to get a job, if you get it by any means its difficult to survive...
