Which is preferable to learn for a .NET-MVC developer who wants to switch for a good career in the future, Azure, Hadoop, AWS, or DevOps ?

AWS and Azure both are good. Recently We were looking for ADFS SSO for .Net MVC application. We were exploring more on these two which can provide this AD SSO. AWS can be into on premises.
