What is the best time to learn Angular? Is it okay to learn before learning MVC in .NET? I know ASP.NET, so is it okay to learn Angular now?

MVC is the frame work for clean separation of out application. and its the same for Both ASP.Net or Angular .. you learn Angular even with out prior understanding of asp.Net MVC

Hello Pradeep, First learn ASP.Net MVC at www.dotnetdocent.com, Then learn Typescript(Heart of AngularJS2) and Then learn AngularJS2. you can use AngularJS without MVC also,so it;s not mandatory to learn MVC,both are independent.
