How do I pass a text box value via a function in ASP.NET and C#?

You can retrieve text box value in code behind file and pass to function. Refer below sample - in HTML - asp:TextBox runat="server" Id="txtId" Code behind String txtIdValue = txtId.Text.ToString(); CallingFunction(txtIdValue);
