First start from basic.. in which framework u r comfortable VB, C# and little more html are required with JavaScript .. then make a small project under guidance of any professional.. bcz practice n bug resolving teaches u a lot then normal learning..

Php is an open source plate form and asp.net is purchased tool.. both are GUI base interface but we can make websites easily on Php as comparing to asp.net.. php is light weighted tool and other one is heavy. It's on u in which u want ur carrier..

Get start with HTML and JavaScript from net surfing or from any expertise person available near to u.. then go with basic of c and c++ if u where clear wd all this.. u can learn any language easily..
