Yes, You can learn.. with .NET framework you will learn C# which having more or less same syntax which follow in C lang. .NET framework contain following languages: 1. VB.NET - Visual Basic .NET 2. C# - C Sharp 4. F# - F Sharp For Web Application we used ASP.NET scripting language.
