My teaching focuses on moving clients through a structured continuum of physical literacy. Areas of Instructional Expertise Biomechanical Calibration: I educate clients on Posture & Functional Corrective Exercises, teaching them to identify and self-correct kinetic chain imbalances before progressing to load. Injury Mitigation (Prehab/Rehab): My instruction emphasizes "prehabilitation" techniques, teaching athletes how to activate stabilizing musculature and improve joint integrity to prevent future injury. Performance Progression: As a Strength & Conditioning Specialist, I teach the technical mastery of compound lifts, utilizing periodization and energy system development to optimize power and endurance.
