I have completed both my MBBS and MD from Assam Medical College and Hospital, Dibrugarh, Assam. My specialization is Human Anatomy. Right now I am serving as Assistant Professor in the Deptt. of Anatomy, AMCH. I have been teaching Anatomy for 8+ years and still carrying on. Human Anatomy is the unique horizon where both science and arts meet each other. Not only critical thinking but also a bit of abstract imagination is necessary to understand the specifics of the subject. This extraordinary combination therefore always keeps the student within me alive. Teaching and in fact learning, now-a-days is no more a one way process, rather it is a combined effort of both the teacher and the student. I therefore would like to think myself more of as a guide or facilitator, rather than a teacher to the student in the understanding of the vastness of Human Anatomy.
