I provide tuition for BBA subjects, with a special focus on Management and Human Resource Management (HRM). My interest in teaching comes from a strong academic background combined with hands-on corporate exposure, which allows me to explain concepts in a way that connects theory with real workplace practices.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and completed my MBA in 2022, majoring in Human Resource Management with a minor in Marketing. During my MBA, I developed a deep understanding of core management principles, organizational behavior, HR policies, and employee relations, which form the foundation of my teaching approach.

In addition to my academic qualifications, I bring one year of corporate experience, including exposure to US recruitment. This experience helps me share practical insights related to HR processes, talent acquisition, workplace dynamics, and real-life organizational scenarios, making the learning experience more relevant and application-oriented for students.

I am currently preparing for the UGC NET examination in Labour Welfare, Industrial Relations, and Human Resource Management. This ongoing preparation keeps my subject knowledge updated and allows me to approach topics with depth, clarity, and an exam-oriented perspective when needed.

I follow a structured lesson plan for every class to ensure systematic coverage of the syllabus. My sessions are interactive, and I actively encourage students to ask questions, share viewpoints, and engage in discussions. I focus on explaining concepts in a simple and detailed manner so that students develop clarity rather than relying on rote learning.

To support effective learning, I use PPTs and a whiteboard during my online classes. I emphasize practical examples and case-based discussions wherever possible, helping students understand how management and HR concepts function in real organizational settings. My goal is to make students feel confident in the subject and well-prepared for both academic assessments and practical application.
