I have been passionately teaching yoga for the past 15 years, dedicating myself to guiding students toward improved physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being. My journey in yoga began with a Diploma in Yoga from Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar, which provided me with a strong foundation in the practice and philosophy of yoga. Further enhancing my skills, I completed a Yoga Teacher Training program with Patanjali Yog Samiti in Delhi in 2018. This training enriched my understanding of yoga techniques, enabling me to tailor sessions effectively to the needs of diverse individuals. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of students, including many who face serious health challenges. One of the most rewarding parts of my work has been supporting cancer patients through specialized yoga programs. These sessions help improve their quality of life by managing stress, enhancing relaxation, and promoting physical strength. In addition to yoga, I also offer training in Reflexology, a complementary therapy focused on stimulating specific points on the feet, hands, and ears to promote healing throughout the body. This holistic approach allows me to address both physical and emotional well-being comprehensively. I conduct both online and offline classes to accommodate the preferences and needs of my students. Whether in-person or virtual, my teaching emphasizes personalized attention and adaptive techniques to ensure everyone benefits from the practice. While I do not provide formal certifications, my focus remains on delivering practical, accessible, and impactful yoga and wellness training. My aim is to empower each student to take control of their health and lead a balanced, fulfilling life. With years of experience and a deep commitment to holistic health, I continue to evolve my teaching methods and expand my knowledge, always striving to bring the best to those I work with.
