Lakshman Jha

I teach computer programming and software development courses, focusing on languages and technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, C#, and Python. I work with both school students and college-level learners (BCA/MCA), helping them strengthen their conceptual understanding and guiding them through hands-on project development. With 3 years of teaching experience and more than 15 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, I bring both academic and industry perspectives to my classes.

I hold a Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A.) and a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.). My academic foundation is rooted in core computer science principles, which I've built upon extensively during my software development career. I specialize in .NET technologies and have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of real-world applications that require precision, scalability, and efficient coding practices.

Over the years, I’ve taught at coaching institutes, mentoring students in various programming languages. I’ve helped school students build their first websites and college students complete major academic projects that meet industry-level standards. My goal is to make sure every student not only understands the syntax of a language but also develops the logical thinking and problem-solving skills needed to code effectively.

My professional journey has also been marked by recognition. I received an award from my company for outstanding performance and contribution as a Software Engineer. This achievement stands as a testament to my commitment to quality, attention to detail, and a continuous desire to grow — values that I carry into my teaching as well.

In the classroom, my approach is structured and practical. I follow a well-organized lesson plan that is tailored to the student’s academic goals and project requirements. My sessions are interactive and include practical examples, live coding sessions, and project-building activities. This method allows students to immediately apply what they learn and develop confidence in their coding abilities.

I use PowerPoint presentations and a digital whiteboard to make explanations clearer and more engaging. Whether it's understanding how CSS styles a webpage or writing SQL queries for database operations, I ensure each concept is taught with visual support and practical relevance. I also guide students in preparing for exams and interviews, making them job-ready and academically successful.

I enjoy conducting both online and offline classes, depending on the learner’s preference. My ultimate aim is to help students become independent coders who are ready to take on real-world challenges — whether it's for their coursework, internships, or future careers in software development.
