M/S Winklix has demonstrated Fraudulent and unethical ways of working. Their promised deliverable and actual deliverable vary big time. Tremendous delays, unanswered calls, unclear timelines and foul language on follow up is a normal practice by Winklix once they receive money. The Director arbitrarily violated the contract and withdraws support at convenience. Months old issues are kept unresolved and on follow up customer is harassed. They even perpetrated fraud of linking my app subscription to another app’s bank account and later brushed it aside as inadvertent error. Pleases do a thorough reference check of the testimonials before engaging them as a lot of their reviews are internally managed. Also, physically verify their office presence as they boast of a big brand but are extremely micro managed and poorly coordinated.
