"It’s a pleasure in writing and sharing my success story as there has been many hiccups in my career starting from the day I stepped into this corporate world and later on some great learning experience with a supportive hand from my Mentor Vivek Sir who has guided me into a right direction. It all started when I wanted a spark in my career as I switched my job profile from Call Centre Executive to a MIS Executive. Initially I took help from Google and YouTube and learnt certain basic fundamentals of Excel and its uses. However I knew that things were not going the way I wanted as I joined my current company Virtual Employee as Administrative Assistant which required a great knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other corporate learning. Then I came to know about Future in Hands and the best trainer (Vivekananda Sinha) in NCR from Ankit Saxena, one of the alumni of FIH who himself has a great success story and that influenced me to join FIH and Vivek Sir. Thus, after a successful training sessions on Advance Excel, I enrolled and completed Productivity Enhancement session, Dashboards, Excel Power Tools (best in class), VBA and SQL training. All this resulted in direct positive impact on my career and get promoted as Business Analyst and now as Sr. Business Analyst II within three years of completion. I’ll always be thankful to Vivek Sir for being a great mentor, soft spoken, disciplined and passing the zeal of never stop learning new things in life. "

Excel VBA Training

"I attended 2 Days VBA Training organized at our Company. The session was extremely wonderful. Earlier I have attended several trainings on Excel & Macros but the session taken by Vivek Sir was great, he elaborated us with very easy to understand examples that relate to our day today work. I am sure that he is best of the best trainer around. He has extreme command over the subject that I unable to see with other faculty around. These 2 days really changed my way of work. Thanks to sir for this great session. Eagerly to attend more sessions from him. "

Microsoft Excel Training

"Good Tutor…but bad experience with him!!!!!!!! Guys... Please read my below problems and join to any tutor. I am from Chennai. Don't believe his words first. Initially, I got his contact through Thinkvidya.com(Now acquired by UrbanPro) when I tried to search the online tutor for Complete excel and VBA part to learn on Mar’15. First he gave demo for two classes and I liked his teaching and agreed to continue with him and I accepted for the fee Rs.7000 bugs after we discussed. Then I paid initially Rs.4000 bugs through internet banking. He started teaching with basic classes (4 classes) for few days. On first week of Apr’15, I told him we will continue the after end of May’15 month since I had a personnel problems in my family. Then I called on 1st or 2nd week of Jun’15, he didn’t attend my call and he started only texting and replying to my messages like that he is at Taj hotel in Delhi or Mumbai , so he told he cannot start the class till june’15 end or July’15 mid. Then so many times I tried to call him he kept on refusing my call and will text me like that he is on meeting with the client. Even I texted him like “give me few minutes to talk to him”, but for that also he didn’t call me or didn’t response me properly. One fine day when I called him in the night he attended my call and I told him I am not able to continue with the class because my sister got admitted in the hospital and please refund my money whatever I paid(Rs.4000). Then he told he will send mail to his financial team regarding my refund, and then from their financial team I got mail stating that “As per company Policy, they cannot refund my amount since I have attended 4 basic classes and they gave me some voucher with code for Rs.4000 and asked me to use it within 3 months or continue with the class from which I left”. Even I requested to that team that I don’t need Voucher and need only my refund, they didn’t even take care of my request. Then I called Viviek regarding this statement, for that he told “He has to obey the company policies even though he is a CEO of the institute and bla bla he was telling…..” Then I finally accepted to rejoin the class. Then when I tried to called him on July 3rd week of July’15, he refused my call and started texting like that he is on South Africa this time and will tell the timings which we connect. Then I waited for few days he didn’t call or text me, then I tried to call and text him then he replied as he is on meeting and bla bla and he was texted…..He had a constant message and answer that he is on meeting with client (like 24/7) I fed up a lot with him by doing this. Then one day after I texted he replied me and asked me to join in the morning 6.30 a.m(Indian Time) ‘o ‘ clock as he tried to connect from South Africa(Capetown).Then I tried to connect in all via skype , Face book and his Team viewer link, but I was unable to connect. When I asked “R in India after I heard his daughter voice” in phone call for that he replied like that he is in India and morning only he came. From day itself I fed up on him due to stupid response from him since he promised that he will connect the class everyday in the night. For that also I accepted, but he started refusing my call and kept on texting me as he is on meeting and blab la he was telling. Then, On August 2nd 2015, he texted me that he is not able to conduct the class and will refund my amount after deducting for that 4 Basic class and the refundable amount will be credited by 22 days. Finally I got Rs.2000 as refundable amount after I texted and called him so many time he and his financial team refunded my amount. He cannot refuse above said comments even though if he comes back. My question is here, 1. Before, he told he has to obey his team rules and policies that company won’t refund, then how could he refunded my amount now…..the bullshit think is here whenever they need they will do for their convenience. 2. Now my money and Timings both are wasted due to his stupid things and I fed up a lot. Guys He is a good tutor I accepted, but the way he did for me was very crucial. Please read my problems and join to any tutor. "
