I teach Mathematics to students from Class 7 to Class 11, and my journey as a tutor began informally, helping my younger siblings and friends with their studies. What started as a simple act of support gradually turned into a passion for teaching, as I discovered how much I enjoyed breaking down complex problems and watching others grasp challenging concepts with confidence.

Academically, I hold a Master of Engineering (M.E./M.Tech.) degree and completed my Computer Science graduation from IIT Jammu. My engineering background has sharpened my logical thinking and problem-solving skills—qualities I bring into my math lessons every day. This strong foundation allows me to simplify even the toughest topics and present them in a relatable, student-friendly manner.

Over the years, I’ve realized that every student has a unique learning style. I make it a point to tailor my sessions to suit individual needs, adapting my explanations and pace accordingly. My classes are always interactive and practical-based, ensuring that students actively engage with the material rather than passively listening. This hands-on approach not only boosts their confidence but also strengthens their foundational understanding.

I use a digital whiteboard and stylus pen during online classes, which helps me clearly demonstrate mathematical steps, diagrams, and formulas in real time. My sessions are usually structured around the NCERT textbooks, which serve as the base for most school and board exams. However, I also incorporate additional practice problems and shortcut techniques to make preparation more robust and efficient.

As someone from an engineering background, I believe in clarity and consistency. I ensure students practice regularly and understand the logic behind each problem. This helps them not just score better in exams, but also approach math with a more open and analytical mindset—an essential skill in academics and beyond.

Currently, I conduct online sessions, which offer flexibility and accessibility for students across different locations. My goal as a tutor is not only to help students excel academically, but also to make them feel comfortable and confident with Mathematics.
