I joined for shorthand and typing. I had a very brief discussion with them about my time schedule and that I am joining both classes at the same place because of timing issues. At first, all the people there showed a lot of concern and promised me every support. On the second day of typing, they dismantled all their computers saying that they are shifting and till the 10th-12th day, they didn't have their computers installed. One fine day, Meera ma'am, the owner, I guess, asked me to join some other class and that they'll adjust my remaining fee. Due to the same time schedule problem, I asked them to refund the fees which i have paid for typing because clearly, I didn't attend the class for more than one day and that they could've told me at the time of joining that they would be shifting their institute and that I can join typing later once they're done with shifting. I completed one month of shorthand but they haven't refunded any fee and it is practically not possible for me to go to two different places for two classes which I tried my best to make them understand. When i asked what should I do, the respected Meera ma'am asked me to go to the court and file a case. Really very disappointed and I feel cheated as shifting is not a short term plan and that they could've simple informed me beforehand that they would be shifting on the very second day of my joining. If anybody can help, please do.
