Vashu Tangri

I’m Vashu Tangri, a concert pianist with almost two decades of experience in piano performance and pedagogy. Music has been my lifelong passion - a constant source of inspiration that began in childhood and has evolved through international performances, masterclasses, and teaching. I am currently preparing for my LTCL (Licentiate of Trinity College London) performance diploma, equivalent in standard to the first-year recital of an undergraduate degree. Over the years, I have had the privilege of studying under renowned professors, including Leonel Morales, Leo de María, Ji-Hye Jung, Marouan Benabdallah, and Douglas Finch, which has shaped my approach as both a performer and educator. As a teacher, I combine classical European piano pedagogy with modern, student-centered methods. My lessons are tailored to each individual that focus on technique, expression, and musical understanding — whether you’re a beginner learning your first notes or an advanced student preparing for Trinity or ABRSM exams, competitions, or conservatory auditions.
