I teach Company Law for B.Com, CA, CS, and CMA students with a practical and concept-based approach that helps students understand legal subjects in a simple and relatable manner. My goal is to make Company Law less intimidating and more engaging by connecting theoretical concepts with real-life business and corporate situations. I believe that when students understand the logic behind legal provisions, learning becomes easier and more effective.

I am a qualified Company Secretary (CS) and also hold an MBA degree. Along with my academic qualifications, I bring 19 years of professional experience from the banking sector, where I have worked extensively in areas related to corporate compliance, finance, and regulatory processes. This practical exposure allows me to provide students with insights beyond textbooks and helps them understand how Company Law functions in the real corporate world.

Although I am new to formal teaching, mentoring and guiding people has always been a part of my professional journey. Over the years, I have interacted with professionals, clients, and teams across different corporate environments, which has strengthened my communication and presentation skills. I now wish to use this experience to guide commerce and professional course students in a meaningful and student-friendly way.

My teaching methodology focuses on building strong conceptual clarity. I follow structured lesson plans and ensure that every topic is explained in a simple and systematic manner. I use practical examples, case-based discussions, and exam-oriented preparation techniques so that students not only score well in examinations but also develop a deeper understanding of the subject.

I conduct both online and offline classes based on the convenience of students. During sessions, I use PPT presentations and whiteboard explanations to make learning interactive and easy to follow. I encourage students to ask questions freely and actively participate in discussions so that classes remain engaging and productive.

I strongly believe that Company Law is not just about memorizing sections and provisions, but about understanding how businesses function within legal frameworks. My sessions are designed to simplify complex legal concepts and help students develop confidence in the subject. I also focus on helping students improve their analytical and writing skills, which are essential for professional examinations like CA, CS, and CMA.

As a tutor, my aim is to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace. I am committed to helping students strengthen their fundamentals, perform well academically, and gain practical knowledge that will benefit them in their future careers.
