About the Course
"Trouble comes when least expected"
Growing number of crimes against call-center women employees is starting to pose a serious threat to their safety, security and their continued interest in their workplaces. Every day, a number of women are attacked by strangers or people in their surroundings. There are other threatening conditions faced by women such as domestic violence, stalking, harassment or sexual assault. A woman, especially the night- shifter should stay alert and know the causes and ways of attack to fight back or prevent these attacks but more than that, we, the men, have to help them prepare against the unknown and untimely enemy in this violent unpredictable world.
MAJOR OFFENSES AGAINST WOMEN IN INDIA
Acid Attacks on women
Molestation in empty cab
Outraging of Modesty in Offices
Eve Teasing in cabs and buses
Sexual Assaults in Discotheques, Pubs, Public places
Humiliation of Women
Stalking & Following
Now these are only a few of the series of crimes that our call-center employees, especially the women working in late night shifts, witness in their everyday lives. While Police is always on a hunt for these notorious criminals, yet the fact is that they come into picture only after the damage’s already been done.
We, at Trident tactical solutions Pvt.. Ltd., firmly believe that a little bit of a knowledge of street-fighting along with good defense and counter-attack techniques can help our women friends react appropriately at these drastic times and dramatically reduce or even nullify the extent of damage if they are trained to handle such situations in advance.
We, at Trident tactical solutions have, after research and experimentation, developed a similar specific fight back program for the Indian woman call-center employees to deal with such incidents, eve teasers, molestation, sexual assault, rape and other similar attacks.
A broad introduction to this program can be that the women can use certain techniques such as poking the eyes with fingers, biting, pinching, and hitting the attacker on the face along with a kick on the groins. Women can use their handbag, keys or a pen for self defense. They are also trained not to be softened when they see the attacker bleeding and continue looking for anything in the surrounding area such as a stone, brick, stick, or bottle. It’s also important to take some time to recognize the objects which can be used in such situations. To use these weapons, it’s best to undergo some training first, practical, easy to remember and simple to execute. Our training program is precisely that.
While this program is equally beneficial to even men, we feel that that it is more important for working women, late night-shifters or women who love clubbing, night outs or if they stay alone as it is this section of the society that is more prone to such heinous attacks.
Though we are free to neglect this and leave our employee troubles to themselves only, but a more prudent employer approach calls for ensuring your employee safety even if it were to cost you some time and money of your own. Remember that imparting this training to your employees, especially the women workers, can imbibe an extraordinary confidence in them and increase their loyalty, trustworthiness in you which definitely can increase their productivity at work. A confident and long-lasting employee is what we all need, isn’t it?
Our self-defense and counter-attack program specially designed for call-center women employees can last as short as just two days, five hours a day unless you ask us to extend it more. The training and drill exercises are conducted inside your premises and inside your cab. The women participants get a real in- hand experience to these threatening situations and are trained adequately to use the available objects/surroundings to neutralize the attacks and even injure the attacker if the situation is such.
