Hello Prafulla,
The recommended way to make a jump from Non-IT domain to IT is to find a suitable profile within your organization and take Internal Job Transfer.
Majority of organizations would prefer an experienced IT personnel or an Engineering college fresh graduate.. As you don't fall in any of these groups, the first option is the only valid choice.
I'm talking from my experience as I've moved from Business Operations to Software Development Domain and currently working in Project Management role in this domain.
If you're current organization doesn't have this option then you should join a company which has this facility.
Best of luck!!
