I am Supriya Bharti, a dedicated teacher with around 8 years of teaching experience. I teach students from Class 1 to Class 5 across all subjects, with a strong focus on building a clear and confident academic foundation. At the primary level, I believe that children learn best when concepts are explained in a simple, engaging, and age-appropriate manner.

I have completed my M.A. and B.Ed., and I am also CTET qualified. My academic qualifications and teacher training have helped me develop a strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies and classroom practices. I use this knowledge to plan lessons according to the needs, learning levels, and individual abilities of my students.

Over the years, I have had a rewarding experience working with young learners and teaching them different subjects. My experience has helped me understand that every child has a different pace and style of learning. I therefore take time to identify areas where a student needs additional support and adapt my explanations and activities accordingly.

I follow a well-structured lesson plan for every class so that students can learn concepts in a systematic manner. My sessions are interactive and encourage students to participate actively rather than simply listen to the lesson. I encourage them to ask questions, share their understanding, and clarify their doubts so that they develop confidence in their studies.

My teaching approach focuses on making difficult or unfamiliar concepts easy to understand. I use examples and explanations that are relevant to the student's age and level, and I adjust the pace whenever required. Along with completing the academic syllabus, I focus on helping students improve their understanding, concentration, problem-solving abilities, and overall confidence.

For my classes, I make use of tools such as PPTs and a digital whiteboard to make lessons more visual and engaging. These resources help me explain concepts clearly and give students a more interactive classroom experience. I am comfortable conducting classes both online and offline and adapt my teaching methods to suit the learning environment.

My goal as a teacher is to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from their mistakes. I believe that a strong academic foundation during the primary years can make a significant difference in a child's future learning. Through consistent guidance, structured lessons, and individual attention, I strive to help every student make steady academic progress.
