I am a Hindustani classical vocalist. I have completed my Master’s degree in Hindustani Classical Music from the University of Delhi. Music has always been an important part of my life, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with students who want to explore and learn music. During my college years, I served as the General Secretary of the Music Society, where I guided junior students in vocal music and choir practice. I have performed in various inter-college cultural festivals and Bhajan Sabhas, which helped me gain valuable stage experience. My goal as a teacher is to help students build strong musical foundations, confidence, and love for music in a supportive and encouraging environment.
In my music classes, students will learn the fundamentals of Hindustani classical vocal music along with voice training, breathing techniques, and basic ragas. I also teach bhajans, and Hindi songs to help students develop musical expression and confidence. My teaching method is simple, supportive, and suitable for beginners as well as intermediate learners. I also guide students in choir singing, stage performance, and preparation for competitions, school events, and cultural programs.
