In my opinion, a language can't be learnt as a subject. Learning a language is an art, and art must come naturally to you with everyday activities. The best way to create an atmosphere for yourself to learn this language is by watching English movies and listening to English music, also watch videos and news in English, even if you talk to someone through message, chat in English. This way you can create a right fence of this language around you and automatically you'll start becoming comfortable with English.
