Art and Drawing are two different things all together. Art consists of limitless creative activity within itself however drawing limits itself to one particular form of art. Example: Singing, Dancing, Drawing, Painting are all considered within art but Drawing just a part of the Art process.

Visual representations make it easier to interact and draw the attention of the child; hence in my opinion whiteboard is a must.
To start with any class, one needs to explain the need for the subject in a child's life. Then we need to dig into the child's mind concerning his/her memory about the subject in the previous class. We need to draw a rough sketch for him and then give him/her the plan for the class which would be followed and format the teacher would be following for rest of the classes, so that child very quickly keeps up with the pace of the teacher.
