Hi, I’m Shikha Singh. I teach all subjects from Nursery to Class 9, and I’ve been teaching for the past 2 years. I truly enjoy working with children and helping them grow in their learning journey. Whether it's foundational literacy or guiding middle schoolers through science or math, I make sure to create a positive and engaging environment for each child.
I have completed my BSc in Life Sciences and am currently in the final year of my studies. I believe learning never stops—so to enhance my skills further, I’ve recently enrolled in a Creative Writing course. This helps me bring fresh perspectives and more creativity into my teaching methods, especially when it comes to making lessons more fun and relatable.
I prefer offline classes because I love interacting with my students face-to-face. It allows me to understand them better and respond to their needs more effectively. I try to keep my sessions friendly and open so that children feel comfortable asking questions and expressing themselves.
My classes are interactive and based on structured lesson plans, but I always adapt according to the student's learning pace and requirement. If a child needs more time or a different explanation style, I’m happy to adjust. My main goal is to help each student understand the concept clearly and feel confident in what they’re learning.
I use different teaching tools and techniques depending on the topic and the student’s preference. Sometimes I use YouTube videos, visual aids, or creative activities to explain concepts in a simple way. Every child is unique, so I try to make the lessons suit their style.
I also provide study materials, worksheets, and practice exercises based on what the student needs. If they already have their own school materials, I guide them through those as well. My aim is not just to help them score better but also to make them love learning and feel excited about their studies.
