<p>How to study properly? What are its basics? And How to get full attention?</p>

First of all, understand the syllabus of all subjects and then divide your day to study two subjects. You should try to learn theory in the morning and always trying to revise every day make summary notes that will help you one day before the exam to revise the entire syllabus.
