As a teacher of the new generation ( gen z)my approach towards teaching is very student centred. I use active discussion and interaction as a method of teaching rather than pure lecture method. I encourage my students to participate as much as possible hence motivating them to voice out their opinions and concerns. I believe students learn best when they apply their knowledge and through activities, so in my class, I engage my students in fun activities that not only keep them alert, help them learn but also enjoy the topic taught.
I love to interact with my students and I am an easy going and approachable teacher. I use a combination of positive and negative reinforcements to balance the sanctity of the learning environment.
