I have completed my PhD in Astrophysics from IISER Mohali and my Master's degree in Physics from IIT Madras. I am passionately curious about teaching Physics and Mathematics and helping students develop a strong conceptual foundation. My teaching philosophy is simple: I take students back to the basics of fundamental physics, because these concepts are the building blocks of undergraduate learning and advanced studies. Rather than relying on shortcuts, I believe in following the “stairs” of learning—building knowledge step by step, strengthening fundamentals, and developing the ability to solve problems independently. My aim is to satisfy students’ curiosity and enthusiasm for Physics by making fundamental concepts clear, intuitive, and connected to real physical phenomena. I have attended an International Science School in Tokyo, Japan, as well as a Winter School in Astronomy and Astrophysics at IIST, Trivandrum. I have also interacted with and taught students from various State Boards and CBSE backgrounds, giving me experience with students from diverse academic backgrounds. I have qualified the GATE examination and was an INSPIRE Fellow of the 2013 batch under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. Through teaching, I aim to help students build not only strong fundamentals but also the confidence and curiosity to explore Physics beyond the classroom.
