As a research scholar passionate about languages and developing specific skills, I have taken various workshops and certifications to enhance my knowledge and understanding of Mandarin. I have been teaching it to interested groups for quite some time now. My classes can be particularly helpful for businessmen looking to understand Chinese businesses. By learning the language and culture, one can gain insight into Chinese partners' and customers' business practices and expectations.
Mandarin language and calligraphy have become a significant part of my life, and I have dedicated myself to mastering them. I primarily teach online, with groups of around ten to fifteen students of different ages and backgrounds. I have two levels of classes catering to different needs: one for students under the age of seven to eight years and another for teaching professionals, business folks, travellers, artists, and anyone interested in learning Mandarin.
I focus on ensuring the basics are clear and helping my students develop techniques for mastering the tones, including the basic Chinese philosophies like Shaolin and Confucius. Additionally, I encourage my students to pick up native dialects and provide them with certificates from various institutes in China to enhance their credibility. To make the learning experience more exciting and engaging, I use animations, videos, and documentaries to broaden my students' imaginations.
I also delve into the sounds and music of the language and share cultural insights, including the history of characters, calligraphy, and other art forms. I discuss the current news and share my views on Indo-China relations. I provide notes and books to my students to ensure they understand the language's nuances well. My classes are fun, patient, and focused on the virtues and cultures of the Chinese people, making them particularly suitable for children and artists, poets, and philosophers. Learning Mandarin has been a life-changing experience for me, and I am excited to share my knowledge and passion with others.
