IdentityI have 15+ years of experience in the fields of luxury, education, event management, human resource management and social work. I have lived in Paris, France since 2017, and recently graduated from ISC Paris where I pursued a two years regular MBA in Luxury Marketing, specializing in Fashion and Design. I have also completed a certification from Mod'Art Paris on Fashion Designing, Trend Collection, Leather Goods and Visual Merchandising. Concurrently I have been studying French at ‘Bienvenue en France’.
Having worked in the Education Industry in India with students hailing from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, connecting and working with individuals across all ages comes naturally to me. Travelling and living across India and Europe has allowed me to indulge in and understand diverse cultures. My close interaction with the elites in France over my three years stint gave me a close insight to the luxury, rich heritage and culture of French people. Concurrently, interactions with diplomats from all over the world and their spouses has given me an all-around exposure and insight into the culture and ethos of different countries across the world. While pursuing an MBA at ISC Paris, I also had the opportunity to pitch business development strategies to names such as Pêché Maison, Wine Passport and Fauchon Paris. I used these skills in my capacity as an Assistant HR Manager at Fly Assist Paris, where I looked after client experience and internal management for their luxury car rental division that caters to high profile elite clients from across the world.
Having successfully completed a thesis on “Brand Awareness of Luxury Fashion in Tier II & Tier III Cities of India in Relation to Growth of Luxury in India”, I hold a strong knowledge about the Indian Luxury Market & consumers.
Given my years of industry experience with a diverse set of stakeholders and my formation in luxury management, I look forward to being an active contributor to the new age of luxury across the globe in the role of an educator, professional or consultant. Presently, I am a visiting faculty in some of the most reputed Luxury and Fashion Colleges of Paris and in National Capital Region, LCBS (Luxury Connect Business School, the only Luxury College in India) and Army Institute of Management Kolkata in India. My passion about French language continues with my online classes on French for Beginners and Intermediate levels for all age groups.
