Sangeeta Batra

With 19 years of experience in teaching Japanese, I have cultivated a deep expertise in the language, particularly at the N5 and N4 levels. I am proud to hold an N2 certification from the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), which reflects my proficiency and commitment to excellence in language education. My teaching journey began at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, where I dedicated nearly two decades to imparting knowledge of the Japanese language to students.

In addition to my work at the institution, I have also offered offline sessions as a home tutor, providing personalized instruction to enhance students’ learning experiences. My role as a member of the Board of Gujarat University further enriches my understanding of academic standards and educational practices, allowing me to stay informed about the latest developments in language teaching.

I offer online sessions lasting 1 hour, focusing on interactive and practical learning. My teaching approach emphasizes live sessions that encourage active participation, allowing students to practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Japanese effectively. I incorporate a variety of materials, including notes and books, to support students’ learning journeys and ensure they have the resources needed to excel.

My passion for the Japanese language and culture drives my commitment to helping students achieve their language goals. Through engaging lessons and a supportive learning environment, I strive to inspire confidence in my students, enabling them to communicate effectively in Japanese and deepen their appreciation for the language and its nuances.
