IdentityI teach Personal Fitness Training and Taekwondo Self-Defence classes with the aim of helping students improve their fitness, strength, flexibility, confidence, and self-defence abilities. Fitness and martial arts have been an important part of my life for many years, and I truly enjoy guiding students toward becoming physically stronger, mentally disciplined, and more confident in their daily lives.
I have 1 year of experience as a Personal Fitness Trainer along with 15 years of experience in Taekwondo training and self-defence coaching. Over the years, I have trained students from different age groups and fitness levels, helping them improve their physical conditioning, martial arts techniques, and overall health. My focus has always been on creating a positive and disciplined training environment where students can grow steadily and safely.
I am a 5th Dan Black Belt certified by Kukkiwon, South Korea, which is the world headquarters of Taekwondo. I am also a Certified National Instructor and Referee, as well as a Senior Instructor at U.A.T.A India. In addition, I have completed Fitness Trainer certification from Fitness & Sports Alliance, which has strengthened my professional knowledge in fitness training, exercise techniques, and physical conditioning.
One of the proudest achievements of my career has been becoming an International Gold Medalist in Taekwondo. Along with this, I also serve as a Black Belt Examiner and am the Founder & General Secretary of Global Taekwondo Academy Bharat. Being an official member of Kukkiwon, South Korea, has further motivated me to continue promoting professional Taekwondo training and self-defence education with dedication and discipline.
My teaching methodology is practical, interactive, and completely student-focused. I design personalized training programs based on each student’s age, fitness level, and personal goals. My classes include warm-up exercises, flexibility training, strength and endurance workouts, Taekwondo techniques, self-defence skills, and discipline-based learning to ensure complete physical and mental development.
I follow a structured lesson plan with step-by-step guidance, regular practice sessions, fitness assessments, and motivational support to help students improve consistently. I strongly focus on safety, proper technique, and gradual progress during every training session. Whether students are learning for fitness, self-defence, or competitive training, I make sure they receive proper guidance and encouragement throughout the journey.
I conduct both online and offline classes based on students’ convenience and requirements. Teaching martial arts and fitness training gives me immense satisfaction because it allows me to positively impact students’ confidence, discipline, and overall well-being. My goal is to continue helping more individuals become stronger, healthier, and more self-confident through professional fitness and Taekwondo training.
