I have recently moved from South Africa to Delhi.
In 2016, I attended a football development course in Portugal at the Algarve Football Academy, South of Portugal. This development course taught me the European methods behind the game of football, as well as buildings skills and techniques the European way. In 2017,I took my knowledge and experience to India, where I joined the football club in Delhi called Shastri FC. Whilst playing football, I also run sport camps/courses for children. During these courses, I train the kids mentally and physically. I teach the athletes about mindfulness on the sports field. I teach them the importance of yoga, diets and nutrition. As well drawing up a specialized training program for the athletes. I help the students understand their goals and the different means to which they can achieve their goals. I strengthen the athlete mentally. I focus on emotion and passion, and how the student can converted emotions into skills and technique to help develop their game. I focus on the importance on fitness, meditation and a routine, that helps the athlete to stay focused and evolve their overall game.
