In C And C++ Both the concept is same so if *P is a pointer which refers to some address consider below Like p is a pointer to some variables memory address 12345, Thus **p is pointing towards memory address of *p and ***p is Referring to the Memory address of **P
Print(*p)------>1234 //pointing to some variable memory address
print(**P)----->99887 //pointing to *p memory address
Print(***p)---->22894 //pointing to **p memory address
