I have undertaken several teaching projects during my time in the United Kingdom which ensure I recognize the importance of skills a tutor should possess for students’ fruitful results. I have successfully taught teams or individual students on various occasions, including one where I was supposed to teach English and Mathematics to students aged 6-13 in Sheffield’s City Council. This also involved preparing schedules for classes and detailed notes. These experiences involve strong determination, organisation, attention to detail, patience and as the tutor, delegating tasks and managing time to ensure all deadlines are met by the students. Additionally, my global exposure and different jobs whilst at the University of Sheffield have enabled me to develop broader skills essential for this role such as effective communication, leadership, organisation and problem solving.
