I have taught at Trinity Institute of professional studies as an assistant professor of law and taught to 9th semester, 6th semester and 4th semester students.Presently, I am working as a Senior Associate at The Guild Advocates and Associate Counsels, where I have sharpened my skills in drafting pleadings, arguing cases, and providing strategic advisories under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, electricity laws, and criminal laws. My key accomplishments include successfully representing clients before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in applications under Section 7 and Section 95 of the IBC, and securing favourable outcomes before the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity Laws (APTEL) in a tariff dispute (M/s Swadeshi Distributors v. Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, Appeal No. 765 of 2023). Additionally, I have represented non-convertible debenture holders in a significant Supreme Court case (THDC India Limited Employee Fund v. The Administrator, Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd., Civil Appeal 6286 of 2022), demonstrating my ability to navigate complex disputes at the highest judicial levels. I have been actively handling cases pertaining to Section 482 of the CrPC, MACT cases and consumer cases filed before the NCDRC.
