A Bachelor of Hotel Management, Master of Tourism Management and Master of Personnel management, I have spent 17 years in Food and Beverage operations before moving to education, where I have been training the youth for 7 years. I am a Master Trainer and Facilitator from Middle Earth HR having additional qualifications in training professionals from ‘Asian College of Teachers’.

I am associated with the Food and Beverage Operations module at the Centre of Excellence- Tourism and Hospitality. The area of specialization is in the Butler Service domain, a dying art that has recently regained prominence. Also have worked in multiple specialty restaurants like the Orient Express, Blue Ginger, and Bar. I am currently developing content on contemporary service models in hospitality.
