For me teaching is sharing knowledge and providing support to children just like watering the saplings .children are in need of a true teacher who can show them the right path and the method to tread that path.i always believe in motivating the student so that they are able to fly on their wings.i just fan their wings so that they can explore the world confidently.for me every child is distinct and have different potential we just need to help child to hone that potential for the betterment of his life.i always focus on child' strength.once strength is focused weakness itself subsidise.my teaching methodology is application based.i give day to day example to clear any concept .this make child learning easy and interesting because they learn what is the purpose of learnin a particular concept.i encourage child for more and more participation in extracurriculum activities .i give them chance to present their views or any idea.my aim is to give them strong foundation not only in academy but also life.
