My name is Priya, and I am an art teacher. Currently, I am working at Pacific World School . I've completed my BfA ,MFA from arunachal university of studies B.ed from MDU ,BA (prog) from DU. Along with my profession, art is not just my subject but also my interest and hobby. I truly enjoy helping children develop their art skills and teaching them new and creative things. For example, I guide them from basic to advanced levels, according to their stages of learning, step by step, helping them progressively improve their skills. I find great satisfaction in nurturing their growth.
Even the students who initially struggle with art, I motivate them and encourage them to express ideas creatively in their own way. In my opinion, art is everywhere, and everything around us is art in some form. That has been my experience.
I have 2 years of experience as an art teacher, along with six years of learning and practicing art myself. During this time, I have explored and learned various fields such as art illustration, graphics, animation, mascots designing, watercolour ,oil painting, and character designing. I also worked in the corporate sector for last six months(2023), but my true interest has always been in teaching. That is why I choose to pursue teaching seriously, and I continue to do so.
At present, I am also prepare for a jrf , and my goal is that every child who learns from me develops patience, knowledge, and peace of mind through art. I strongly believe that art not only builds skills but also brings mental peace.And yeah that is all I would like to share about myself.
