In a Rankine cycle if maximum steam pressure is increased keeping steam temperature and condenser pressure... ...more
In a Rankine cycle if maximum steam pressure is increased keeping steam temperature and condenser pressure...

Dryness fraction will decrease continuously..but up to some fixed value of 0.88 we fixed the condition..for better health of condenser...

For reversible process entropy change (?S)=?Q/T where ?Q=heat transfer to the system at boundary Temple T....and we know ?Q=0 for adiabatic so ?S=0
