As a teacher of Senior Secondary classes the teacher should have the mastery of Subject then the students of young age will respect and start taking interest in your teaching as well creating interest in that particular subject. Secondly a teacher should be flexible with timings because students of senior classes are preparing for competitive classes also simultaneously. Apart from this teacher of senior classes should understand the peer problems of students as these students are very sensitive to their behavior. Lastly being a teacher of class 12 I was quite friendly with the students to understand the day to day problems in academics so that by solving to move further without the hinderance in academics.
