I have been practicing physiotherapy since almost 11 years and have come across a variety of patients. During my clinical experience I have seen that having a good health and preventing health related issues at every stage of life is important. I always advise my patients to have a healthy life by simply doing lifestyle modifications.

My skill is manual therapy where I use hands skills to treat various musculoskeletal problems. I have various certificate level courses to develop this skill.

I strength is patient counseling and I like to talk about healthy living which includes exercise, fitness and lifestyle modifications.

I also have 2 years of teaching experience and have conducted classes for both bachelor and master level students. I have also guided research projects.
