"Pooja ma’am taught me Pol Science and later History in 12th grade, and I owe my scores to her. She was very involved and always made the effort to guide me properly. She even prepared customised notes based on how I understood the subject. She went far beyond her role as a teacher. If she felt I was losing focus, she spoke to my mother so I could be supported and stay on track. She followed up with genuine care, almost like a parent.
