Our CMD, Dr. Pranavi Luthra, is an eminent educationalist and academician. She is an expert in philosophical, psychological & sociological aspects of human behavior. Her numerous years in research have made her an expert in understanding the complexities of modern education and child behavior. She is a certified Neuro-Linguistic- Programming coach, Lead auditor for ISO certification, Expert in DMIT and a specialist in Career Counselling.

She has over thirty-five years of rich experience in education and conflict resolution and ten years in Career Counselling. She is one of the most prominent academic, behavior, and career counselors and has helped over 20,000 students to achieve their dream.

Mr. Varun Vohra-Director
Varun has over 12 years of rich experience of working with renowned corporates in the field of Technology and Education. He has worked for more than ten years in the field of career consulting, guiding students for their future. He is an MBA in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi. He has given numerous guest lectures to school students and undergraduate students in various Business Schools.

Mr. Kaushal Luthra – Director
Mr. Kaushal Luthra is a born entrepreneur. His humane approach towards helping people keeps the company vision alive. His expectation from the team is just the satisfaction of the clients. He devotes much time overseeing the growth and performance of the children through his various projects.

Mr. L. Ridhwan -Director
Ridhwan is thoroughly Generation Z young technocrat. He is an Engineer in IT & Mathematical innovation and is well versed with Robotics & Artificial Intelligence. Ridhwan always had a problem with the monotonous system of education. He hated one-way communication pattern of school education. He is one of the favourite of those who are challenge to the school because they think differently and are misunderstood. He gives hope to such children to find success conversely.

Mamta has over ten years of experience in Counselling and as a Life Coach.
She has helped people changing life and has been the most admirable counselor in our team. She has been DMIT, Career, and Relationship Counselor for more than ten years. She has conducted workshops in various corporates and schools.
