I teach students at both B.Com and MBA levels, covering subjects across Commerce and Management, including Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Economics, and Business Studies. With 8 years of teaching experience, I have guided students from different academic backgrounds and helped them build strong conceptual understanding along with practical business knowledge. My goal is to make learning meaningful, engaging, and career-oriented for every student.

I hold a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in my field of specialization, which has strengthened my academic and research expertise in Commerce and Management subjects. I have also qualified the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), reflecting my strong academic foundation, analytical ability, and research-oriented approach to teaching and learning.

Over the years, I have developed experience in simplifying complex management and commerce concepts through practical explanations and structured teaching methods. I believe subjects such as Finance, Marketing, Economics, and Human Resources become easier to understand when connected with real-world business situations and practical examples. My approach focuses on helping students develop both theoretical clarity and practical understanding.

My teaching methodology is interactive, student-centric, and application-oriented. I use practical examples, case studies, and discussions to help students understand concepts deeply and relate them to current business environments. I encourage active participation during classes so students can improve not only their subject knowledge but also their analytical thinking and communication skills.

I follow a structured lesson plan with regular revisions, doubt-clearing sessions, and practice-based learning. Along with syllabus coverage, I provide guidance for assignments, presentations, project work, and exam preparation. I conduct both online and offline sessions, including one-on-one and group classes depending on student requirements. During classes, I use PPT presentations and whiteboard teaching methods to make sessions more interactive, organized, and easy to understand. As a teacher, my aim is to help students achieve academic success while also preparing them with the practical knowledge and confidence needed for their future careers.
