I pursued my Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) from Gargi College, University of Delhi, where I developed a strong foundation in educational theories, child psychology, pedagogy, and activity-based learning. During my academic journey, I gained practical exposure to classroom teaching, lesson planning, and understanding the diverse learning needs of children. I have also worked with NGOs, where I gained valuable experience working with children from diverse backgrounds and understanding the importance of inclusive, child-centered education. These experiences strengthened my communication, adaptability, and ability to make learning engaging and accessible. My professional teaching experience includes working at Cambridge School as a co-teacher and at Amity International School, Pushp Vihar, as a KG teacher. At Cambridge School, I supported classroom teaching, assisted in lesson implementation, helped manage classroom activities, and provided individual attention to students. At Amity International School, I planned and conducted age-appropriate activities, supported foundational literacy and numeracy, monitored students' progress, and maintained communication with parents to support children's overall development. Additionally, I completed my teaching internship at Atal Adarsh Vidyalaya, where I taught Grade 1 students, and gained experience teaching Mathematics at the elementary level at Kendriya Vidyalaya. These experiences have helped me develop a student-centered teaching approach that combines interactive activities, clear explanations, practical examples, and positive classroom management. I believe in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels encouraged to participate, learn, and grow.
