My name is Nikhil. I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration (B.Sc. H&HA) and have around 5 to 6 years of professional experience in Food Production and Hospitality Operations.

Throughout my career, I have worked in various sectors of the hospitality industry, including retail food operations, hotels in Dubai, and international cruise lines. These roles have provided me with extensive hands-on experience in food production, kitchen operations, food safety and hygiene standards, menu planning, inventory management, and team coordination.

Working in international environments has helped me develop strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. I have worked with multicultural teams and consistently maintained high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been training and guiding new team members, which sparked my interest in teaching and mentoring.

After gaining valuable industry experience, I have decided to pursue a career in education because I am passionate about sharing my practical knowledge with aspiring hospitality professionals. I believe that my real-world experience can help students understand industry expectations, develop practical skills, and build confidence for their future careers.

I am enthusiastic about contributing to the academic environment, inspiring students, and helping them bridge the gap between theory and practice. I am confident that my industry expertise, dedication, and passion for teaching will enable me to make a positive contribution as an educator.
