My name is Neha Sankhla and I am a professional trained Pastry Chef from Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts, Bangalore. I am an experienced Chef having worked with Hotel chains and Standalone Bakeries such as Taj Bangalore. After gaining experience from such eminent establishments, I have decided to impart this knowledge to the passionate students who would like to learn this art.
I have been trained in creating international desserts in the categories of gourmet cakes, petit fours, chocolates and confectioneries, cheesecakes, tea cakes, cookies etc. I have also learned the art of baking artisan breads and viennoiserie like croissant, pain u chocolat.
My interests are in the field of Vegan, Gluten-Free, Lactose-Free and Diabetic Friendly desserts.
