I have gained hands-on teaching experience in both school and college settings, where I worked closely with students from diverse academic and socio-cultural backgrounds. In schools, I focused on creating structured, engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, simplifying complex concepts, and encouraging student participation through discussions, activities, and assessments. I paid special attention to individual learning needs, classroom management, and continuous feedback to support students’ academic and personal growth. At the college level, my role involved facilitating subject-focused lectures, guiding students through research-based assignments, and encouraging critical thinking and independent learning. I supported students through mentoring, academic guidance, and evaluation, while also coordinating with faculty to ensure learning objectives were met. Across both environments, I emphasized clarity of communication, adaptability in teaching methods, and a learner-centric approach to create an inclusive and effective educational experience.
