Aluminium is the reducing agent. Since there is oxide of manganese and solid aluminium is present on the reactant side where as on the product side manganese lose the oxygen and aluminium became oxidised so by comparing we can conclude that aluminium reduced manganese and itself get oxidised hence it is a reducing agent
