IdentityI am Meenakshi Sharma, and have completed PhD in biotechnology from Shoolini University, Solan (H.P.). The topic of my research work is “Identification of Genes Involved in Pathogenesis of C. gloeosporioides on Different Plants and Fruits”.
During my PhD, I have dealt with various molecular techniques (bacterial cloning, fungal transformation by restriction enzyme mediated integration (REMI), DNA isolation, plasmid isolation, PCR, inverse PCR, colony PCR, PCR purification, mutant generation, southern hybridization, electrophoresis) ,microbiological techniques (preservation of cultures, glycerol stock), microscopic examination of fungal spore and check pathogenesis of fungus on plants.
